Introduction:
Zhengzhou LP Industry Co., Ltd can provide many kinds of magnet wires. So we have clear cognition of magnet wires. This article will talk about the categories of magnet wires’ faults.
The faults of magnet wires can be divided into three categories. About magnet wire fault, the fault can be roughly divided into series fault, parallel fault and complex fault.
Details:

Series fault (defects in metallic materials) refers to the disconnection fault of one or more cable conductors (including lead, aluminum sheath). It is an open cable fault in general means. Due to the damage of the core’s continuity, it will lead to disconnect or disconnect incompletely. Incomplete disconnection is especially not easy to be found. Specific series faults can be divided into: one-point breaking, multi-point breaking, a phase disconnection multi-phase disconnection and so on.
Parallel fault (defects in insulation materials) is the short trouble due to decline of insulation level between tegmen and conductor. The wires cannot withstand normal operating voltage and then short trouble occurs. It is a short trouble in general means. Because of the insulation damage between the core or between cable core and tegmen, such failures will cause short trouble, electrical grounding and breakdown flashover phenomenon. Parallel fault happens higher frequency in the field. Parallel fault concrete can be divided into: one- phase electrical grounding, two-phase electrical grounding, two-phase short trouble, three-phase short trouble.
Complex failure (insulation materials and metallic materials have defects) refers to that insulation between cable cores and the cable core all have failed. It includes one-phase disconnection and electrical grounding, two-phase disconnection and electrical grounding, two-phase short trouble and electrical grounding.
